I already loved kale but this is a very easy recipe to follow and best of all eat.
I added more stir fried vegies like onions, carrots, sweet potatoe to make a complete meal instead of a side dish.

I have never had kale but really enjoyed the flavor. I toasted some red pepper flakes with the garlic and totally liked the result. Thank you for a fun and unique recipe.

I added two whole dried chili peppers crushed by hand with extra garlic and one small onion in the oil before adding kale and a homeade vegetable broth. I poured the vinegar in after sauteeing kale for about 5 min - I am a huge fan of broccoli rabe cooked in a similar manner. By far the BEST recipe for kale!!!! :

This was my first time making kale, and I was sure I would mess it up. I made it with water instead of stock because we were out of stock. It was VERY easy to make and DELICIOUS! I chopped up half an onion and put it in as well while it was steaming and it added nice flavor. I also added about 2 TB unflavored goat cheese before serving and it added a lot of depth and made it a more satisfying side dish.

This recipe is delicious! Kale is milder in flavor than some other greens I use. I added some sliced onion with the garlic before putting the greens, which caramelized and added sweetness. At the end I tossed on some toasted cashews for a little crunch. I will definitely enjoy this again soon.

I've never had Kale before, it's one of the few foods I'd never tried. I was a littler nervous about finding a good recipe for Kale but tried this one (with balsamic vinegar instead and it was awesome! I'll be making this regularly! My boyfriend loved it too and said it's a keeper! So thank you once again Bobby!!!

I thought of kale as something that needed a long cooking time and was best in soup. This recipe is quick easy and delicious. I do two big bunches at a time in my biggest pan. The leftover cooked kale keeps well and reheats for another meal. When I do two bunches I use more broth then the recipe calls for and steam it for longer then the recommended 5 minutes to allow for the added volume.
