I wanted a fast Kale recipe ... and this is it! The Kale was delicious and cooked perfectly. I was worried about the Red Wine Vinegar because I had some bad veggie recipes that called for it... but I was pleasantly surprised! This is a great recipe and a wonderful anytime vegetable! Make it, you won't be sorry!!! (Unless you don't like Kale ... then you might be...

Kale is intimidating in the supermarket if you've never cooked it, but this recipe unveils the ease and flavors that are so easily created. Great winter time side dish.

I made this recipe with only a slight modification. I love garlic flavor, but sometimes it can be a little pungent. I cooked the garlic in the oil and removed the garlic using only the garlic oil to finish the kale and it was superb. This dish was easy, tasty, and healthy. It's also a great dish to make on weeknights because it's really quick. Thanks Bobby Flay! Warning, this cooking method doesn't work well with mustard greens, I tried it and they were not nearly as good as the kale.

My husband and I adore this recipe so much we have it at least twice a week! I often omit the vinegar as we usually have tomatoes, cukes, and onions in oil and vinegar.

I fixed this for my husband and I for lunch. What a quick, easy, and healthy side dish. The Kale has testure unlike spinach that has been cooked down. I will be cooking this again.

I realize kids on the east coast grow up eating this stuff, but we live in Utah and people around here are not well acquainted with the "greens" my childhood friends ate. I've raised my kids out here in the west, and while they do have relatively sophisticated palates for children their age, they are also often stubborn about trying new things. I had leftover kale after trying a knock off recipe of Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscanna, so I did a food tv recipe search and decided to try this, because it seemed easy and I had all the ingredients on hand. I was surprised how flavorful these were! My experiences with soggy spinach have made me a little weary of wilted greens, but kale really stands up to cooking, retaining vibrant color and lively texture. My family actually ate it and voted to do it again!

This is the only way I eat kale nowadays, although it is quicker to make and tastes better without the garlic, with a little more pepper and red wine vinegar instead.
