Delicious! I did add tomatos because I can eat them with everything, they may have made it more delicious. The recipe is so quick and easy, I will definitely make it again.

OMG - Even my kids ate it! I had leftover fresh kale from another recipe and was looking for something quick and easy to do with it. Found this recipe, knew my husband and I would like it, but WOW even the kids... Unbelievable!

Super fast, super easy and super good. I'm login' it :

This was my first time making kale and I was a little nervous, because it looks so tough, but because of the health benefits, I thought I would give it a try.
5 stars because of the FLAVOR & EASE!
I used the pre-washed baby kale that comes in a box (no prep required and followed the directions, but it only took about 10 minutes total to make. The garlic is not overpowering and the red wine vinegar is very potent, but a nice touch to amp up the flavor.

This recipe is dee-licious and a fantastic combination: quick, easy and healthy!I I doubled the broth to prevent the scorching other reviewers experience, and also added onions which I cooked with the garlic. This is a great recipe to add to any family's rotation.

Super easy and delicious! My usual prep. is bring 6c. h2o, 6 cl. garlic, 1/2c. olive oil, 2-3 T. lemon juice & 1T. salt to a boil in a braising pan on high. Add 1# kale (collards, chard, rappi are good too. Cover and cook 5-30 mn.(depending on greens. A little soupy---very good. Parmeson cheese sprinkled on top is a nice touch.

Very tasty, easy and quick! It was a nice complement to my sister's recipe for eggplant, polenta lasagna.

Next time, I will reduce the heat after 5 minutes. When I pulled the pan off the bottom was scorched, but not enough to ruin the dish. I just splashed some more chicken broth and the vinegar.

I did exactly what this recipe asked for and this tasted like trash. I was able to gag down four bites then just. couldn't. do. it. anymore! Not sure if it's kale or the recipe... but the whole pan of it ended up in the disposal.
