Oh wow is this tasty!!! Very good! The veggie stock gave the kale a sorta sweet flavor. Was extremely easy to make. Definately going to make this again!

This was my first time ever eating or making kale. This was SO easy and delicious! My whole family gobbled it up!

I used this recipe the first time I cooked kale and it was delicious. We had it along with lemon chicken and carrots. My husband even enjoyed it and he can be a little picky sometimes. I did make one substitute, I didn't have any garlic so I used chopped onion for flavor.

love love love this recipe! this has become a staple in my house. my roomie, who isn't a fan of vegetables, loves when i make this. i never have vegetable stock so i use water. i always buy the kale in a big bunch so i don't reduce the amount of red wine vinegar. the garlic does burn when you heat it up so don't walk away! i love putting my sauteed kale over jasmine rice.

Delicious...I have been looking for a tasty recipe for kale for over a year. We are tired of just plain steamed.
    Thanks.

Very simple and a great basic recipe to know. It's so flexible. I didn't follow quanities, I did it by eye. The instructions were great. Used chicken stock, a lot of garlic (which didn't actually make it offensively garlicky because it was cooked in oil, then in broth and lemon instead of vinegar. The light bulb when on, that I need to cook the savory, steam the greens in a salt/broth, reduce and finish with an acid. Thank you! Any greens are a lot less intimidating now.

The result was delish. My only problem was with the garlic, as soon as I put it in the oil it browned. I scooped it out so it wouldn't brown any further.

This was the best kale I've ever had! So simple and easy, but the result is fabulous. I used balsamic vinegar and it was great. Even leftovers were great the next day, thanks Bobby!
