I cut the egg and milk mixture by 2/3rds and it still almost overfilled the pie crust. Other than that, it was a great recipe with good taste.

Absolutely loved it! The second time I made it, I used fresh chopped spinach instead of brocoli and added crumbled bacon, it was wonderful. You definately have to cover the pie while baking to avoid the crust over browning.

Recipe calls to cook for 15mins, then at a lower temp for another 45-55mins - MUCH TOO LONG! My pie came out blackened after only 20mins in the oves. Remember: the pie consists of mainly eggs...How long does it take to cook eggs on the stove? Surely not an entire hour. Otherwise, great basic recipe.

For someone who has never made a quiche before, this was a great start. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, but it came out really well. I sauted the mushrooms with onions, fresh garlic, chives, and spinach and didn't use broccoli or tomatoes or the spices. I also added one egg. You can throw just about anything into this.

Assembly was quick, despite a long-ish list of ingredients. I'll use a little more salt next time, and maybe use cherry tomatos all over the top. Mine took about 20-30 minutes longer to bake than the recipe said.

This was a very big hit at my sunday brunch. I just made a couple of revisions. I cheated and used a prepared pie crust, which worked out pretty well, but I also needed to use 2 crusts. One was just too small to hold all of the ingredients. Either that or the whole recipe should be cut in half to fit in one. Really yummy and easy!

I added sauteed mushrooms and used a bit of havarti and it was wonderful. I would throw in any veggies you have on hand. I did have to put foil over the crust edges after about a half-hour to prevent over browning. Fabu!
