    We make a lot of Bobby Flay recipes and this one was probably the worst, which was disappointing because we usually love them.

    We pan seared this because it was too cold to grill. The relish was okay but it was pretty bland. The orange glaze was fairly sour and didn't add much to the tuna. We skipped the watercress so I can't comment on this. I definitely wouldn't try this one again.
