These are a great alternative when using the grill. Just be sure not to overcook them beforehand!

These potatoes are great and you can change the spices in them for different flavors. They are also so easy to make I highly recommend

I did very little modification to Bobby's recipe, and they were wonderful. What a way to spark up just plain old french fries!

Excellent alternative to fatty deep fried pototoes. Excellent taste and great, unexpected, crispyness. Will be grilling fries all summer!

These fries are easy to prepare and a great companion to Flay's Cuban Burgers. As directed, they're on the hot side, though, so keep that in mind.

I did these in the oven instead of the grill, at 425 degrees for 20 minutes per side, they turned out excellent! I also substituted paprika for the ancho chili powder, and it was a lovely flavor. Great receipe original too!
