Ingredients
  • 1 bottle prosecco, very cold
  • 4 ounces lemon flavored vodka, very cold
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • Lemon sorbet
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions

Whisk the prosecco, vodka and mint in a pitcher.

Place a small scoop of sorbet in each chilled champagne flute and top with the prosecco mixture. Garnish with mint sprigs.
