I need to make this again. Had a 50/50 vote. Some say too fishy, others say on point. For me it wasn't a Wow but I will try once more. I know exactly what to do and give another rate.

This was the not only the first time, I tasted it, but it ws the first time that I made it. It was amazing. I adjusted the seafood by using 1 lb of shrimp and 1 lb of scallops, and 1 cup of grilled corn, sliced off the cob. There were no clams or mussels available. It was expensive to make, but well worth it. Kids loved it!

I have to work for a living....How on earth can a poor girl afford to cook this? I love seafood but here in North Texas it's almost impossible to come by. I grow my own crocus for the saffron. What's a girl to do?

great recipe...though I combined the best of this with the simplicity of Jose Andres recipe and made our own version...the roasted tomatoes were a great addition! We skipped the aioli.

Wonderful paella! Another great one from Bobby Flay. I loved the chorizo! I have lived all over Spain and every area adds its own twist to their paella. Chorizo is very authentic in parts. Disfruta!

sometimes a recipe is intended to just be delicious and not just authentic....authentic doesnt always mean better. If we never tried to improve upon anything, where would we be?

I have made this seeral times and it's always amazing.

I have not made it yet, it is on the menu for tonight : I am just writing to counteract all the low star reviews that are bringing the rating down without having anything to do with the actual recipe! If you make it, cook it long enough, use common sense while cooking and THEN dont like it, well OK, feel free to complain. Just be fair!

let me enlighten some of you, cooking is all about creativity, you do not have to stick to one way of cooking just because thats the way you doing in that country or whatever, also because you cannot cook very well, you give a low rating on a recipe? That does not make any sense to me, learn how to cook and maybe you will actually see what your missing.
