This recipe was DELICIOUS and so EASY! Definitely would do this again. Add guacamole to your tacos and pico de gallo - awesome...best recipe I've followed in a long while...

Okay, nothing special. I wouldn't make it again. There wasn't much flavor to these, kind of bland. They could have used some heat, maybe some poblano or jalepenos would help.

I made this last night for the first time and it was DELICIOUS! My husband even had seconds!! I followed the recipe exactly, but did not blacken the peppers, instead I boiled them to make them soft then put them in the blender. Worked just the same!! I also replaced the cheese with regular cheddar (since that is what I had on hand and regular corn tortillas, it was still really good. I would definitely make this again!

I was sceptical after tasting the sauce on its own but once everything was assembled it was pretty good. I had some chicken breasts that needed to be used so I grilled them and used those instead of the rotisserie chicken. I also grilled a poblano pepper and added that and avocado to the tacos in the end. We used flour tortillas so they were a bit big but we just rolled them and ate them like an enchilada.

Oh, and I also added a bit of red wine vinegar to the sauce, I felt it needed a little more acid to balance the flavours. We really enjoyed these and will make them again but with the rotisserie chicken next time.

This was very tasty. I don't like my verde sauce sweet so I only used half of the honey. Next time I'll not use honey. This was very good and I'll make this again and again. Kids loved it!
