I've been making this recipe for at least 5 years and it gets rave reviews every time! Just going to make it for dinner and see if it entices our 22 month old. Perfect sweet and savory flavors! Enjoy!

Unlike other "Easy" recipes I've tried, this one really is a piece of cake for a mediocre griller, such as myself. My wife usually rolls her eyes whenever I talk about a new recipe I found, but this one actually works! I actually have a meal can call my own. Thank you, Bobby Flay!

This is the perfect recipe for someone who doesn't want to do much but wants a tasty meal. We roasted the tomatillos over an open flame along with the serranos. We used two of them with still minimal heat. It was really tasty though. I would say that I would definitely make it again. Great flavors and super simple to make,

The dish wasn't bad but it could use salt, less honey, and more heat.

This was very good. I used Cheddar cheese instead of queso and only used 1\2 of the honey as per the other reviews, that was plenty of sweetness. I also added a touch of salt. I will make this again.

definatel 5* love the cilantro. But next time i will probably use 2 serranos. It wasn't spicy at all with just 1, maybe my tomatillos were just too large.
