    I made my own version of this and took it to tailgating party at WSU and it was a hit easy to put together for a crowd and there was none left. I did add more peppers for heat and roasted chicken breasts. Another great recipe.

    Made this for my husband one night. Absolutely fabulous! It was delicious. Paired it with homemade salsa and guacamole with homemade corn chips. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This recipe was good, my husband really liked it. I found myself wishing it was a bit spicier, I actually added cayanne to my tacos. Next time I make it I will definately use more peppers.

    Bobby grilled the onion and lime too, which is a good idea since it helped make the flavor of the salsa excellent. I couldn't find Queso Fresco so I used Ricotta Salata, which worked well and is easier to find. Served it with strips of fresh red pepper and avocado slices. Everyone loved it. Kids like it too because they can make their own taco.
