Loved this recipe! so easy. I used frozen cooked shrimp and wilted the spinach with garlic & butter before adding shrimp.

The shrimp is incredible. Where has this been all my life? I'm going to try the same marinade on swordfish. Thgis is what we call a "keeper." BTW, the reserved marinade is for basting the shrimp on the barbie. You gotta baste!

Loved the Soy Shrimp with Spinach Salad. A great summer time meal. You can make the base sauce and salad dressing ahead of time. Also served with bread which was great to dip into any salad dressing left on the plate.

This recipe is incredible. I made the soy shrimp with spinach salad. My guests loved it. I used a large platter with the spinach salad in the middle, I put the shrimp on the edges. I also added a sliced thin marinated strip steak. Beautiful presentation!

Great recipe. I served it soy style. Rather than grill the shrimp, I sauteed it in the marinade and added a bag of spinach. I also added oyster sauce. Given this was the first time I used this recipe, I made the dressing- deciding at the last minute to saute the spinach. No biggy, I drizzled some the dressing into the marinade. Preparing it this way eliminates the need to make the dressing. Nevertheless, I will make this again, scampi style.

Great flavors and quick and easy to make.

Moe - Half the Recipe Base (marinade is meant for the scampi style shrimp.

Had the Soy Sauce recipe tonight, and it was awesome. Watch the marinade time, as it can be easy to over marinate smaller shrimp. Had one question on what to do with the half of the marinade that was set aside in the beginning of the process. It is never mentioned again. I ended up pouring it around the shrimp and mixing into the greens, which worked out fine. I guess it oculd be a dipping sauce. Did he ever use it on the show?

hi everybody,my name is sonya and today i made soy sauce grilled shrimp with spinach salad.my roommates loved it. even my boyfriend liked it and he told me that he didn't like shrimp. My name is Brooke and I help Sonya with trying out new recipes from the Food Network because she is crazy about cooking;. We both agreed that this recipe was very good. Not to hard to prep and not to hard to cook. I would note that instead of cilantro, we ended up using the herb culantro. It did make some difference with the spinach salad (alittle bit stronger flavor, but nonetheless, very good.
