I made only the sauce. The whole family loved this one! I substituted green chilies for the anchos, balsamic for the red wine vinegar, used roasted garlic and eliminated the almonds.... Delicious!

This is one of the easiest and tastiest ravioli recipes I have tried. I even served it to my Father in law, who doesn't like seafood, and he loved it. Great Job Bobby!

Iike the idea of the thin pasta shell. However my favorite rav is St. Louis Style, breaded, fried and served with a tangy maranara on the side dusted with grated Romano.

I also would like the name of the restaurant. It should be posted with the information on the episode. Will be in NY next week and would love to try the restaurant.

I'm half Italian, so I'm a big fan of ravioli. I just watched the Ravioli Throwdown show & can't wait to make this!! I can almost guarantee that I'm going to grade it a 5 star, so I did it ahead of time :-
I do, however, want to comment & agree with one of the women before me who talked about 2 people who left their comments based on the shows' filming & talking methods. Seriously (& as she said as well, don't leave any comments if it has nothing to do with how you feel about the food! To "Joe" in regards to the restaurant name of the Throwdown competitors... ever heard of Google? Use it! I do it every time I miss the name of a restaurant while watching a show on the F.N Channel & for you to get worked up, much less leave an average score because of something like that is immature & ridiculous!

I just made the pasta part of this recipe, so I guess I cannot truly review this recipe. But, I must say that I have been looking for a good home made pasta recipe for a while and this is it! I just made fettuccine noodles out of it and topped with sauce for a trial run. I will be using this recipe from now on and trying it with different sauces and such. The only thing I will say is that it calls for (what I thought a lot of salt. I added it all and it tastes fine after you cook it, gives it a good flavor. I tried a raw piece and it was really salty. Thanks for the great and simple pasta recipe!

Sometimes, the chefs who make the recipes don't necessarily want them published, especially if they make money selling those dishes in restaurants. Two people gave this recipe three stars without trying it, for reasons completely unrelated to the recipe: you wanted the competitor's recipe, you don't like the camera work (you do realize that Bobby doesn't operate the cameras himself, don't you?, you thought Bobby said the restaurant's name too fast. What do any of those have to do with how good this recipe is? Bobby's recipe could be 5-star all the way, but you've downgraded the ratings over things beyond his control. There's a "contact us" link at the bottom of every page. If you have a question or comment, use that.

I also like joe would like the receipts. also I would like to know the name of the restaurant . while viewing the show you show the name of the restaurant to quickly to remember or write down. also you zoom in so close it's hard to watch some shows and see how you are making the food. i actually don't watch some of your shows because of the camera shots and constant zooming in and out.

Why can't we the viewers see both recipes to judge for ourselves which recipe suits us?
It would seem to be more beneficial to able to make both recipes rather than just the winner.
