Why can't we the viewers see both recipes to judge for ourselves which recipe suits us?
It would seem to be more beneficial to able to make both recipes rather than just the winner.

This recipe looked so interesting, I had to try it. The dough is beautiful and silky. The filling was a little fishy for my taste (but it is a salt cod recipe. I had some problems finding the ingredients for the romanesco sauce, which may have contributed to the overly spiciness. Basically, I used two dried chipotles in place of the other chiles. I'm not sure how the heat compares, but if you can't find the other chiles, I do NOT recommend using chipotles in their place. It was insanely hot, so I added some heavy cream to try to cool it off a bit. The flavor combinations were complex and wonderful. This is definitely a nice change of pace from typical ravioli recipes.
