We loved this recipe! Our store did not have skirt steak and we used flank steak instead. Still great! We can't wait to try to salsa with tortilla chips!

I have made this salsa on several occasions, and it gets rave reviews everytime. The cilantro gives this salsa a fantastic taste with the kick of the jalapenos. I will make this recipe over and over again. Any recipe from Bobby Flay is always great in my book! I love Food Network and Bobby Flay, so I am able to cook new and exciting recipes!

We have made a lot Bobby's recipes and loved them all! We love Mexican food-spicy and hot, but even my husband found that the Grilled Tomato Salsa was way too hot. We did everything to try and "cool" it off but ended up throwing it away. We will make it again but take some of the seeds out of the peppers.

This was the first Bobby Flay recipe my wife and I have tried and will NOT be the last. If the rest of Bobby's recipes are as good as this I'll need to join a gym to keep the weight off. If the salsa seems weak add another chili uncooked in the food processor, but I didn't think it needed anything as salsa is not meant to be over powering but a balance of flavors.

Best tacos ever! I've yet to try a Bobby Flay recipe I don't go bonkers over. The salsa is fantastic, and could be used with more than the steak for these tacos. Very simple to put together, will make them again and again.

I just made the salsa and it is great. I added a little extra lime juice and an extra serano and it ended up very good.

I have made these several times. My family LOVES them and asks for them often. The salsa is the best part! Bobby is a joy to watch.

The flank steak was perfect. In addition to salt and pepper I added some Montreal Steak seasonings, and it was terrific. The salsa, for me, was a bit bland. I added a bit of chipotle seasoning and a few drops of hot sauce and it still seemed weak. I was all out of garden tomatoes had to purchase some from the grocery. I will try again when more tomatoes ripen. All in all, however, everyone was licking their lips.

This salsa is perfect for the bold flank flavor. We add some apple or pear wood to the lump charcoal for the tomatoes for a slightly natural smokeyness, DO NOT USE BRIQUETTES!. Make sure the flank is room temp before grilling, and let it rest for 7-10 minutes. Some mexican cheese is a nice touch to the fajitas also.

Another twist is to grill large shrimp with the apple wood and serve that along with the flank.

    A fantastic summer treat!
