  • Chipotle Mayonnaise:
Directions
Chipotle Mayonnaise:

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and puree. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

Sliders:

Preheat grill over medium-high heat.

Form the meat into 2 to 3-ounce portions, packed tightly. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the sliders on the grill. Wait until they are nice and crusty on the first side, about 4 to 5 minutes and then flip and cook another 4 minutes. When the sliders are about done, top with desired cheese and close the grill, allowing the cheese to melt.

Place the slider on mini burger buns and top with chipotle mayonnaise and any other desired toppings.

Sauce is knockout, great on burgers and better with some potato wedges. Very flavourful for the amount of effort and ingredients. item not reviewed by moderator and published

Super easy and everyone LOVED them!!!! The sliders were a hit but the sauce made them super tasty. I served them on Hawaiian rolls and put out burger toppings for guest to choose from. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I have to agree with others that I didn't make the sliders but I made the mayo. It's SO good and is rather mild, for those afraid to try it. I've made this a lot (I mean... a LOT and I like just a bit more kick. I now make it with 3/4 c. mayo and it's perfect for us. It's a nice smoky flavor with giving us the exact oomph we need. We love it and this is now a standard staple for us. Thanks so much Bobby! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I didn't make the sliders, I made the chipotle mayonnaise and OMG it is delicious!!! I loved it soooo much, the lime juice gave it a little extra kick! Just great!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these last night and they were great! I put thin sliced tomatoes and avocado slices on it along with the chipotle mayo, excellent! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Excellent recipe! I also used the mayo over halved shrimp; cook shrimp w/garlic and butter. Center shrimp in pan after cooked, top with shredded cheese and about one tablespoon of coke, beer, water, wine or juice. Cover and let the steam melt the cheese. (Coke adds a sweet taste to offset heat. A small pinch of ground cumin just before the cheese adds a part-time mystery flavor. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made this recipe fora super bowl party and they were the hit of the party!! But I had to tone down the mayo as I was afraid it would be too spicy for the masses. That mean we had double and it made way more chipotle mayo than we really needed, BUT we (kids and I dipped hawaiian sweet rolls in the mayo and ate it like that ......licked the bowls cleaned.... item not reviewed by moderator and published
