Woweee! Made these sliders and the chipotle mayo for a Superbowl party of adults, teens and kids and everyone absolutely loved them! One small change - I used 1/2 light mayo with 1/2 real mayo so I could feel less guilt as I dipped everything in this sauce- the veggies, the chips and even the shrimp!

These are the most delicious sliders, but the chipotle mayonnaise really makes these burgers AWESOME!! I added caramelized onions, pickles and sharp cheddar cheese to my sliders. My husband and I polished off all the sliders by ourselves while watching football over the weekend! Definitely a keeper! These are my to go to burgers! Again...AWESOME!!

I made the Chipotle mayonnaise and Sliders everyone loved them. I used Sara Lee mini buns and weighed the patties. 2oz were perfect. Just the salt and pepper worked well ( i used kosher salt and fresh ground pepper 1/2 tsp each per. pound The mayo also is very good on chicken and ground turkey patties . I made alot :

The Chipotle sauce was a hit in my house! Does anyone know how long it will last in the refridgerator? I didn't make the beef sliders, but used ground turkey instead. I also baked sweet potato fries to go along and used the sauce for dipping. This is a keeper!

Made the recipe exactly as written. the only thing I did differently was I made carmalized onions to top the burgers with and wow there are so many awesome flavors going on with these little burgers. The remind me of the mini gourmet burgers that are served at a local resturant around here except these are VERY inexpensive to make and theirs are 9 bucks for two! Thanks for the great recipe!

If I could give a million stars I would! I have made these 20+ time since finding the recipe a few months ago. My family, friends and kids request these for every meal! I have had to convience them that other things I used to make are still good, lol... Really though these are a once a week meal at my house. I make the mayo as directed to a T, I add a little garlic and onion powder to the pattys before grilling but simply served with chedder and lettuce these are the best burger I have ever made. Oh and so EASY to make!

    Thank you Bobby Flay!

I don't know very many people who don't love a good burger----but a mini one that you can pop in your mouth is just over the top! I make a big BBQ every year for my clients and I've already had people checking to see if I'm making the sliders again!
Mini burger, carmelized onions and the chipolte mayo made it a huge hit! Thanks Bobby.............you are THE MAN!
