Amanda - you may want to make this mayo even easier. Last summer I bought Target's brand of chipotle chili light mayo in a small squeeze bottle. It's still in my fridge, expired of course, but it was pretty good! Need to clean out my fridge. This may be an easier option. I'm definitely going to make these for the Super Bowl.

    Amanda,

I live in Fairfax so I'm not familiar with stores in your area. However, I used to have the same sort of problem you're facing until I located a Latin market. These stores regularly carry chipotles in adobo. I did a Google search on your area and came up with one, El Sol Mini Market. I hope they can bail you out. Their (long link is:

I located the chipotles in adobo sauce in a can in my local Stop and Shop on the "Internation" aisle, right next to the tacos!!

I was really looking forward to this mayo, but unfortunately I couldn't find chipotles anywhere! I went to the local grocery store, Trader Joes and Whole Foods. Whole Foods had the adobo sauce, but not the chipotles. Does anyone have a recommendation?

I appreciate the tip from Alaska on the Hawaiian rolls. Outstanding when toasted with some butter and garlic! This is a great recipe!! Simple and delicious...

Leave it to Bobby Flay! I tried these yesterday on my teenage son and his buddy and they loved them! They even were taking the rolls (I also used dinner rolls and dipping them in the chipotle mayo and coming up with different ways to use the mayo. I'm having relatives stay over on Christmas eve and we're all doing "finger foods". This and a grilled shrimp recipe that I found on here are going to be my contributions. It's just a fun food!
