    Guiness was my choice of beer since I'm a fan of it. This is a time consuming recipe, perfect for a day out in the sun accompanied by some Guiness draught beer. This brisket came out super tender and with a uniquely great taste. Loved it!

    The recipe was very easy and I had excellant results and rave reviews from my family. The only difference was that I saw the episode and Bobby specified which wood chips he used yet there was no mention of them in the on line version which definately could have affected the outcome.

    It was wonderful. You had this recipe awhile back and that's when I tried it. My family fell in love with it. I smoke it in my Cookshack Smoker and just put it in and forgot about. This one's a keeper.

    I really like this - had a little trouble finding the ancho powder, tho. Bobby could put in a substitution for that to help out the cooks.

    LOVED this brisket. Tasty, deep flavor, falling-apart good. Reminded me of Texas-style cookouts. Chopped up leftovers for sandwiches.
