I chose this recipe for my first attempt roasting a duck.
Lots of compliments...however, I needed to add another half-hour
to roast it at 300, and next time will raise the temp to just 400
to crisp.

This was a big hit at our family get-to-gether on New Year's Day. It's a great way for a number of people to get a taste of duck. I think it will become an annual thing
