Never made meatballs before, and this will be my only recipe. Very good and easy. My whole family enjoyed. Thanks Bobby.

hooray spaghetti and meatballs! I used a cup of red wine instead of water, mild green pepper instead of the cubano (which i didn't exactly know what that was along with a hearty pinch or two of crushed red pepper, let it simmer down a little thicker than called for, and... scrumptious! ps: just in case you aren't prepared, it is a mighty hearty meal, we have leftovers for the next few days, not that i'm complaining.

I logged on just for the meatball recipe, then decided to follow the entire meal recipe and it was great. It was so simple to follow and I had all the ingrdients in my kitchen. My family and dinner guests loved it!

I rarely get both my children to like the same meal. They both loved the meatballs and sauce. I got the kids involved in collecting the fresh herbs from the garden, mixing the mixballs and stirring the sauce. They became the chefs of the kitchen. The sauce was a bit tart or acidic so I added some sugar and it tasted great.

This tomato sauce is the best sauce I have made. And, I've been cooking over 40 years. The combination of tomatoes, garlic and parsley is divine. I will definitely make this sauce again and again

I have tried a hundred different recipes for meatballs and this is by far the best. I added a little basil and love the results. They are terrific!

When it says "Remove bay leaf, pepper and parsley", does that mean strain out all these ingredients? I would have thought that the bay leaf needs to be removed, but should you take out the pepper and parsley too?
