Hi :
John here, I added a table of E.V.O.O. per pound of meat,and I found the meat balls,And found the meat balls were were a little more moist and tasty,But that's just me : other then that I will now make my meatfballs with your recipe whenever I make meatballs ;

I have tried many recipes for meatballs, these are the tastiest ones yet. Bobby is always full of surprises.

This recipe was easy to follow and the meal turned out very nice. I would have like it a little saucier, altho that may not be a typically Italian way to have it. Next time I make this I will add one more can of tomatoes and I think it will be perfect for my family's taste.

I haven't officially tried this recipe yet, but I am such a fan of Bobby's and it looked soooo good on TV. I can't wait to try it.
