This sauce was amazing! Istead of grilling since it was cold out I baked at 400 for 45 mins. It was delicious!

The sauce is simply great! The combination of the serranos balanced with the sweetness of the honey and mint is pure gold. It provides a perfect balance to the chicken. One of my new favorite grilled chicken recipes!

This sounds great, but I'm wondering how it would be to season bite-sized pieces of chicken with some of these same spices, sautee them, then serve over rice with the parsley-mint sauce.

This was very tasty! A real standout. The chicken could stand on its own with just the spices but the sauce added such a great flavor to it. The perfect combination of spicy and sweet. I highly recommend this recipe. I will definitely be cooking this one again.

Yummy!! Made this about an hour ago and wasn't sure about the smell of the rub, but I am so glad I did it. The flavors were wonderful and the sauce so nice and fresh. The chicken could have held its own, but the sauce is worth trying. Stuffed now lol! : Definitely a keeper, easy prep and cook time!

If you are going to make this recipe, make sure you double the rub cause you are going to want to make it again. If you aren't into the Parsley-Mint Sauce, which is great, I recommend frying up some Piquillo Peppers with the liquid drained. These can be found typically in the specialty food section of your market.

This recipe is delish. The only change I made was to reverse the amounts of mint and parsley. The rub was flavorful and the sauce complimented the flavors of the meat really well.

love this recipe! I also cut down on the garlic and added lemon juice to the sauce for some freshness and acidity. came out great!

This is delicious even after I ran out of the mint sauce. The chicken can stand on its own. I will definitely make this again.
