    I was a little suspicious: mint sauce on chicken? It really is delicious and the sauce perfectly compliments the spiciness of the chicken rub.

    The chicken was good but the parsley mint sauce was the best! I mixed some of sauce with mayo and used it on turkey sandwiches. It was delicious. This sauce seems versatile, so I will be trying it on other food as well. Thanks Bobby!

    Served this at a dinner party without even trying it out first and everyone raved about it. The parsley mint sauce was a big hit. I used skinned chicken breasts and they were very moint after taking off the grille.

    My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. The spice rub is delicious. I used a small fresh jalepeno pepper instead of the serrano chili. I also used only 1/2 cup of olive oil in the sauce instead of a full cup. I would use less garlic next time around. I will definitely make this recipe again. It was a big hit.

    rub was very strong on the chicken. It would have been good with a cooler sauce. The sauce added to much more flavor to an already strong flavored dish.

    This is the best grilled chicken recipe I have ever tasted or made! It was incredibly easy to put together. The spice/smokiness from the chicken was perfectly counterbalanced with the fresh minty sauce. I will definately be making this one again.
