Really great. I used Ginger Ale as the soda and used about half as much Sherry. What a great drink on a warm summer day. We skipped the coke.

On the show, you used a cola with the drink but the recipe doesn't show one. I want to use this for a group at Easter Sunday dinner. Can you let me know whether or not to use the cola? I'll rate it later ...

    Thanks

For Valarie in NY. Just watched this episode and yes he does put in coke. Never said how much but my guess from the way it looked is 1 part to the other ingrediants. I would try to taste. I normaly don't go on here unless I have tried a recipe. I am looking forward to trying all of these. Bobby Flay is a great cook and I have never been dissapointed.
