Absolutely delicious! Would never have thought of putting the coleslaw in the taco but even the picky eaters in the family loved it! Even those that hate coleslaw! I omitted all the onion, except the grilled onions (used vidalia no bbq sauce, omitted the cinnamon as I don't like the flavor in savory dishes and halved the amount of sugar in the coleslaw, it was still sweet, I might cut it back even more next time. I think we have found a new favorite for out of town visitors : Thank you Bobby!
Also, If you cannot find poblanos, just use green peppers and treat them exactly the same. Muy Delicioso!

Great recipe for a new grilled chicken dish. My only suggestion is to cut back on the cinnamon a bit. Also i added cilantro i in the coleslaw. It was beyond.also i used new mexico chili powder. I couldnt find ancho at safeway.

A PHENOMINAL EXPLOSION OF TASTE AND TEXTURE! My family loved it! I would recommend making a double recipe of the guacomole if your family loves it like mine does. Oh, and I agree that peeling the onions before grilling might be better.

Very tasty. I did the chicken with the rub, onions and coleslaw and love all three. I used sweet walla walla onions which were great, and the coleslaw is fast, easy and very good. This is a favorite already in the house, without the roasted poblano and avocado extras which I'm sure are also good. I'm not sure how you would fit all of that into the taco.

Tasty! I did the chicken with the rub and bbq onions but living in Germany makes it hard to get poblano peppers sadly... but the rest was wonderful! The slaw added a nice contrast to the chicken and I made roasted red potatoes for an easy side. Will definitely stay in my recipe box!

Delicious! My husband typically doesn't like trying new things, but he loved it, and so did my 3 year old!

We just made these last night, and oh boy, were they delicious! I substituted regular chili powder because that was what I had on hand, and it was still unbelievable. I was a little leery of the coleslaw, but it added the perfect tangy mouth feel to the taco, which was needed with the creaminess of the guacamole.

Delicious! A lot of work but very tasty! I had to substitute regular chili powder because I couldn't find the ancho chili powder, but other than that it was yummy!
