This recipe was awesome!!! The poblano peppers were a little more spicy than I expected. I did tacos with coleslaw and some with out... found I enjoyed them without better.
The chicken rub is unbeleiiveable, as you grill the cinnamon and brown sugar smells entice you to eat alone!!
Everyone will love this recipe!

I made this for a group of friends at the lake last Labor Day and should have doubled the recipe! It was a hit!

I only made the slaw part of this but it is absolutely delicious!! Such as simple, yet flavorful dressing. Took it to a cookout and everyone loved it! :

This was very very good. A lot of different aspects came together for a very delicious meal. I actually made my own homemade ketchup, which I in then turn used to make homemade Mesa BBQ sauce. Having never had Bobby's BBQ sauce I don't know if it was authentic or not but I found the recipe on the internet and it was amazing. Even with the ketchup and then the sauce I didn't find this labour intensive. If I had used bottled sauce it would have been a very straight forward quick meal. Especially since you can make the coleslaw well in advance and even the guac a few hours before. This recipe was outside my normal cooking style (i tend to favour Italian but it is definitely a keeper. I really do recommend making your own sauce if you can - it was FABULOUS

A great way to eat tacos; different flavors than the usual lettuce, tomato and cheese! The flavors went together so well - the freshness of the cole slaw and the spicy guacamole complimented each other. I shortened the cooking time by using some leftover chicken breast and slicing and grilling it to flavor it up. Next time I will use Bobby's rub and start from scratch. I also used some honey chipotole BBQ sauce I already had for the onions and it added to the spicy sweet. Thanks, Bobby for the great recipes! I now have a new coleslaw, guacamole, and chicken for future fiestas!

I made this tonight for my boyfriend and his brother and we loved it! The coleslaw's dressing was light but flavorful and the chicken had great flavor too. There was probably enough food for 5-6 people. We will definitely make this again!

This was delicious! I made the BBQ sauce from scratch, I found the recipe online. It took forever to make everything, but it was worth it!!!

I made this recipe a few months back and wowwed my boyfriend with my cooking abilities. It is very time consuming, but totally worth every second. It is definitly my favorite recipe that I have found online, and I saved the leftover chicken rub and have used it many times on various chicken dishes. The coleslaw is amazing, and I have NEVER been a fan of coleslaw. All of the flavors combined satisfy every tastebud in my mouth. I just went out and purchased all of the ingredients that I didn't have on hand and I'm making them again tonight. OOHH SO DELICIOUS. Thank you Bobby Flay. You really know how to get after some tasty eats!!
