I made these tacos for my family last night and they LOVED them! These tacos are fantastic with great flavor! Everyone looked at me weird when i told them that the coleslaw goes on the tacos... But they LOVED it! Great dinner and one that i will make again very soon! Bobby Flay is fantastic!

This recipe can be changed into quesadillas so easily. I made the recipe minus the slaw and added jack cheese, along with the grilled chilis, bbq onions, and the awesome rubbed chicken. I added a little more bbq sauce between the tortillas, grilled the quesadillas until the cheese is melted, and then added a little more bbq and avocado dressing on top for garnish or dipping. Great for an appetizer or dinner. This was the first Bobby Flay recipe I have ever tried, what was I waiting for??? Excellent

I had no idea chicken could taste this good! I've never been happy with rubs before but this one is killer. My husband started to pile the cole slaw on his plate and gave me a funny look when I told him it went on the tacos. By the time he was on his last taco he had everything piled on it and suggested we make these for company. We'll make this again and again.

I made this recipe over the summer and it was by far the best grilling meal of the entire summer! Everyone enjoyed it and were both surprised and delighted by the different food combination. I encourage everyone to try this recipe and I guarantee it will become a favorite. I've been craving it all winter long and I can't wait to start up the grill!

I didn't make any of the rest of the dish, just the chicken. It's also not yet grilling season in Denver, so instead, I used a grill pan. I crusted the rubbed side and then flipped the chicken over for a few minutes on the salted side. Then, I finished the cooking in a 450 oven. Truly very moist, and great flavor! I can't wait to make it again... maybe next time with the rest of the dish.

I watched this being cooked yesterday and just HAD to make it. I have no personal experience with the the grill but with my husbands help I was able to whip this whole menu up in no time. The flavors were phenomenal!!! My husband said it was the best BBG tacos he had ever had. Even if you do NOTHING else... you have to make the chicken. It is soooo delicious. Would be good just by itself with sides.

It took about an hour to get everything done. This was a bit longer than I had hoped. It was a nice dish - very different. I wish it had had more 'hot', so I would suggest maybe having some fresh, spicy pico on hand. I'd likely make it again.

Saw the episode this morning and followed the recipes for the chicken and the grilled poblano chile. Both were excellent! Made tostadas (brushed thin corn tortillas with canola oil and sprinkled chile powder before toasting them on the grill and topped with refried beans (from Food Network's recipe for chicken tostadas, chicken, guacamole, additional grilled poblano chile, salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. Yeah, WOW!

Saw the episode this morning and made these tacos for dinner. The recipe was easy and delicious. The rub was spicy, sweet and smoky. The grilled BBQ onions were awesome! I would have made more if I'd known they'd be that tasty on top of the tacos. Instead of the coleslaw, I served roasted corn on the cob. The guac was good, but I customized it to my liking. I would definitely make this for dinner or even a party.
