FANTASTIC!!! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I live in an apartment and dont have a grill, so I just put the oven on about 275-300 and cooked them for about 2.5 -3 hours. FALL OFF THE BONE. and just put the glaze on for the last half hour of cooking. two thumbs up. :

My family LOVED these ribs. I made too much of the BBQ sauce but I'm glade I did. We used the chioptle glaze on everything including hamburgers and ribeye steaks. I always do a dry rub on my ribs similar to this so I thought the flavors went together well. I can't wait to cook them again.

    Bobby,
We made these ribs over the weekend and they were wonderful!!!
So many layers of flavor. We usually make a dry rub and use that on our ribs but after seeing you TV episode we decided to try your recipe. We just feel in love with htem.

    Thanks

I was also looking for the guest's ribs. I did Bobby's ribs and was not thrilled. The dry rub just had a funky taste to me. My husband did not like them either. I did like the glaze that he had with it. I think the glaze alone would have been good. It was a waste of spices, Sorry Bobby.

I too hoped for the guest recipe and after searching hard I found a recipe that I think is the one or is close to the one he used at great-grillingdotcom under housin baby back ribs

Check it out and see if you agree.

I agree; I'm looking for the guest chef's recipe for the Thai Baby Back Ribs too.
    Why isn't it posted?

Why isn't your guest's recipe for Thai baby back ribs available under this episode. Just watched the show and immediately looked for his recipe...sigh
Because I have to "rate" to comment, I'm giving 3 stars but have no idea how Bobby's recipe tastes. FN doesn't give us any other place to comment about shows w/o rating recipes.
