This almost tasted like Indian food because of all the coriander and cumin... I liked the flavor in general, but it was WAY too strong. This would be a good recipe if you 1/4ed the spices. I agree that the measurements must be off. Way too strong on the spices.

I only made the sauce and liked the spices. I would recommend cutting back on the cayenne.

I am Indian and the spices and dished are similar to Mid East cooking, I would increase the yogurt to 2 cups or half the spices. The yogurt recipe is very similar to what we make which is called raita and I only add a little salt, coriander and cumin and it's fine. If you want to try the actual recipe, it's actually good but increase the yogurt and halve the spices.

I have just thrown out my batch of the yogurt sauce - the measurements must have been off because the flavors were just way too strong. So disappointed and what a waste of money. The grilling of the salmon is great as always....

This salmon is made so simply but his ultimate flavor! The orange juice and grilling really make the flavor! For the sauce I did not blend it but instead mixed in the finely chopped red onion and my family loved the extra crunch. Everyone wanted to know how the sauce was made because they loved it, wonderful!

I watched Booby do this menu on FN. I printed off the recipes and the measurements seemed inaccurate. I had to alter it quite a bit ratio wise. Too much mint for one. Not enough bulgar so I added couscous which was good. Needed more salt and pepper.Other then that, presentation was excellent! You just need to tweak it.

Really goes well with Bulgar wheat salad but would do well with basmati rice or pasta. Diffenantly keep the sauce on the side.
