    Love this one. It has a tad bit of kick, but not enough to turn off anyone who "doesn't do spicy." It is lovely, creamy, not overly "busy" so you can really taste the individual flavors. I honestly think people rated it harshly to take Bobby Flay down a notch - with how widely acclaimed he is people are maybe expecting something revolutionary and all they're getting is just a delicious hummus recipe!

    I added more chipotles and also water to thin the hummus. I love this variation of hummus. Good for sandwiches also.
