This recipe was fantastic. It was easy to make, the flavors were bursting and the presentation was bright and beautiful. It is easy to alter the portions also - from romantic dinner for two to a dinner party... this recipe is certainly one of my all-time favorites!

Wow. This was better than I had imagined; when you eat it, it keeps bursting with different layers of taste. I used both an heirloom tomato and a beefsteak from the garden. The heirloom worked better, as it had a nice earthiness that complimented all the other flavors. By the way, I watched the episode and Bobby used garrotxa cheese, not moz. Don't skip the garrotxa - it really made the recipe.

This was so yummy and looked beautiful. The dressing is fabulous and I used plain black olives for the tapenade b/c I was afraid it would be too overpowering with kalamatas....it was perfect! Will use this again and again! Thanks Bobby for such a classy and beautiful side dish!

I just did this recipe for a dinner party for two. I used just a little of the tapenade as it was a bit salty. It turned out really well. The finished product look wonderful.

I made this for my two friends and they flipped! I am my own worse critic and extremely fussy - I loved every bite. It looked beautiful and was very easy. Another great dish from Bobby Flay!

I have made this several times for dinner parties and it is always delicious and looks beautiful. It's so easy too. I get store bought tapenade and basil dressing for a shortcut. This one is a winner!

Everyone at the party seemed to enjoy the recipe. It isn't a very cheap reciped to put together though. One thing that is nice is that the tampenade can be used as a chip dip on its own, it has a lot of flavor and is pretty easy to make. The sweet basil dressing is the best part though, it can be used for so many other things as well. It is a good appetizer but the recipe does serve more than six, make sure you let the final product sit for at least a half hour after its done. Let the basil dressing marinate in the tomatoes.
