I made this for Christmas eve and it was the star of my seven fishes spread! It was a flavorful balanced, and healthful meal. I substituted the striped bass for fresh Chilean sea bass, easy and amazing swap. I also removed the reconstituted chile peppers and used the same peppers but pulverized inter a powder which required less bread to tighten up the sauce but did require the sauce to sit for at least 2 hours to tighten up and so the flavors could blend. My whole family loved this meal i had to find ways to make this in 35-45 min so we could enjoy this flavorful and healthy entre midweek!
