Dough is absolutely wonderful!! However I did a slightly different glaze and it was perfect match!
1 stick butter, 3 Tblsp honey, 1/3 C corn syrup, 1 C brown sugar and 1 1/2 C chopped walnuts. Cooked over medium heat until all melted and combined well. Let cool then added to bottom of baking dish.
I will definitely use this brioche dough recipe with other breakfast roll ideas!!

I followed this recipe exactly and it was wonderful! The brioche was fantastic and the flavor of the orange was absolutely delicious. I like more filling so I used a combination of brown sugar, cinnamon/granulated sugar mix, and a lot of extra cinnamon. The end result was awesome!

The directions were clear. The brioche was wonderful and the final product was great. I followed Joanne's recipe to a tee. I would say on my next batch I would definitely use more cinnamon but that is my personal taste preference. When first trying any of the recipes I will always follow the original the first time around.

This was my first time making sticky buns and they turned out fabulous. For the dough mixture, I used a combination of 2% milk and half & half; orange zest was added to the flour mixture before mixing all ingredients together and kneading the dough. I let the dough rise 3 times, but not for the time suggested in the recipe because I was impatient. ; The first rise was approx. 1 hour in a warmed oven, the second approx. 2 hours, and the third approx. 30 minutes. I made the glaze while the dough was rising for the 1st time. I estimated the ingredients instead of measuring, let the mixture simmer on low until I had a thick and syrupy consistency, and added orange extract at the last minute. I scattered chopped walnuts and golden raisins in the bottom of the pan and poured the glaze on top. As mentioned, the recipe was fantastic and I plan on making it again and again.

Made Bobby Flay's dough recipe and spread butter on it like he did, but made the goo and filling according to Joanne Change. Recipe came out amazing. I added 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon to my filling since another reviewer recommended more cinnamon. I think the recipe could of been made without the pecans. Joanne Chang's recipe seems to take a lot more time to let the dough rise, and I didn't have that much time. Bobby's dough recipe took appprox 5 1/2 hours which was long enough and used less eggs than the other recipe. Highly recommend the recipe.

The rolls are pretty good. The glaze is nothing special, and the filling inside dough is plain. For me, I'd rather enjoy some monkey bread or some cinnamon buns!

I made this recipe for our Christmas morning breakfast and it turned out great! I loved the citrus of the orange and the crunch of the nuts, although I agree with some previous posts that adding more cinnamon definitely helps. They were absolutely delicious!
