This was an easy recipe to fix, but it lacks flavor in the inside filling. I would recommend more cinnamon or adding nutmeg.

The buns themselves are simple to make, yet when I went to cook them, the glaze I coated the pan with began to burn and smoke. I would appreciate any kind of comments and or advice.

I agree with everyone else that the brioche dough was the best I have ever made! I haven't tried the glaze yet but the dough is a keeper for sure!

The dough was easy to work with and very airy when baked. I was extremely happy with the results and look forward to making (and eating them again.

We make a version of this recipe every Christmas morning. This was the best yet even though we had to use grapefruit instead of orange.

These take a long time to make (most of it time for the dough to rise but it was worth the wait. I ended up having to make another batch because I ate most of the first one myself.

Turned out pretty darn good. I accidentally added 1/4 cup more of orange juice - the end result may not have been as sweet as other users experienced? Because of the goof-up, the glaze tasted subtly sweet. The dough after cooked was very light in texture which was a pleasant surprise. I overcooked mine - the recipe said 30-35 minutes, but my buns were done in 25. So I would adjust according to your altitude. Substituted with pecans and brown sugar, and used about 1/2 less of the butter for filling.

I fixed a pan of these for a girls night get together and everyone loved them. The orange flavor is just wouderful. I don't bake very much and this recipe was easy for me, I have made them several time since then. I did use pecans instead. Way to go Bobby!

These were excellent! It does take some time, and you need to plan ahead. Did use pecans instead of pine nuts. Would definately do again. Everyone loved them.

There is a lot of steps to this recipe. Making the brioche is not especially hard but definately time consuming. If you want to eat these sticky bunz in the AM plan to get up early or maybe make them the night before and refridgerate then let rise in early AM. They are very sweet. If your not into wicked sweet you may just want to spinkle some cinnamon inside the dough before rolling up. For the time it takes and the lb of butter you use I don't know that I would make this again. They do look pretty when done.
