I often make this for my boyfriend. We love it! I even made it Christmas morning for his entire family. I do not recommend this though. It is too labor intensive for a crowd. If you want something unique for a Sunday brunch, I highly recommend this recipe. I make the patties the day before and put in the frig overnight between wax paper. I also roast the chili the day before and use Knorrs hollandaise sauce mix to make things easier in the morning.

Oh my gosh its good! The sweet potato and the chicken go so nicely together!!!

    YUM!

It was on the sweet side for my husband though... but I loved it!

    Disgusting.

Why ruin perfectly good food items by trying to sensationalize them with the seemingly indespensible green chiles that apparently can't be done without?

I ordered this for brunch at the Mesa Grille in Las Vegas. I was more than impressed with this dish! It went well with the white peach margarita! I can't wait to make it at home!

I made this for my husband. After the first bite, he said, "This is good." After a couple more bites, he said, "Actually, this is REALLY good." Even the hash by itself is delicious and very flavorful. As one review noted, the patties don't hold together well. But it's not a big deal. I just portioned it out and made it look nice when I plated it.

My hubby and I loved this! I couldn't get the hash to stay in "burger form", but it was good anyway all broken up. I saved the rest of the sauce and used it for other recipes because it was so delicious. I loved the roasted pablano flavor, it really made the dish!

Made this for my MIL and myself today. What flavor! I and my dear MIL were so happy. Have some of the "hash" left over......so am excited about having the leftovers later this week. The hash was so great BUT the hollandaise with the roasted pablano pepper was "out of this world" GOOD. Get ready for some really good food.
