    Simply Spectacular! Nothing better on a hot summery day with friends and a crispy Margarita!
    We followed this recipe to the letter, and we received nothing but commendation for the exceptional festival of flavours our palates savoured.

    This is a fantastic recipe. Grilling on the skin side for almost the entire cooking time is the way to go, and medium rare made the meat very tender. I added a smoker box of applewood chips for even more flavor, and it really came through in the meat. The onions and salsa are a must. Both easy to make, and both add a ton of flavor to the tacos. Already planning to make this again at our next tailgate party!
