I am a fan of Bobby Flay's recipes and have tried many of them. This was just didn't taste very good at all. Had to throw it out and make something else.

This dish has become an almost weekly staple in our home. It's also become our "company dish" and it's always gobbled up with rave reviews. The first time my husband made it according to the recipe exactly and it was WAY too hot. The flavor was excellent, but I could barely eat it, even by chasing it with a glass of milk. The next time I made it, I read the recipe and realized the problem--one whole tablespoon of cayenne-way too much. I used only a teaspoon and it was perfect. Tons of flavor, perfect amount of heat. Try it--you won't be sorry.

I emptied several bottles of spices into this extremely spicey chicken rub that offended the sensitive pallat of my family. What a waste of spices. There is no depth of flavor, just HEAT!! Aartii's recipe for Tandori Chicken, from Food Network Star, is tons better with awesome flavor! Save your spices and use Aartii's tandori chicken recipe instead of this mouth-destroying chicken recipe.

On the spicy side so unless you are into spice cut some of it out of your rub. Also I make these as chicken burgers instead and they are awesome. You really need all 3 parts and it is so easy to make. It is a rub I keep in my cupboard always now.

The whole dish was packed with a myriad of flavors. It was very spicy but the herbed yogurt and tomato jam tempered the heat. I especially liked the tomato jam. I made the yogurt sauce and tomato jam the day before so it went together pretty quickly the next night. My husband liked this as much as I did. I won't change anything in the recipe when I make it again.

I am such a fan of Bobby Flay, and have used many of his recipes with great success before, however this was just unbearable. I enjoy all spicy foods, but this was too much; it wasn't even edible. My boyfriend actually said it was disgusting, and I wouldn't even consider feeding it to my dog. TERRIBLE DISH!

I brought this to a picnic and it was just room temperature and really delicious. I skipped the yogurt but the tomato jam was lovely. This one is a keeper. Also, I cooked chicken thighs in chili oil so they had a nice kick.

My husband and I both loved this! I left out the peppers and it was delicious!
