This is a tasty, tasty chicken. I love the complex favors. I cannot wait to make this for company. Definitely a keeper.

We grilled this chicken last night and my family is still raving about it! Tonight it is the Korean skirt steak. Thanks, Bobby, for some always reliable, delicious meals.

The chicken itself is great, but what really makes the dish special is the grilled tomato jam. What a fantastic flavor!

The rub is awesome, this recipe made plenty of rub for 6 chicken breasts. I only used half of the cayenne since the rest is so spicy already. I skipped the sauces and used Emeril's "Kicked Up Tzatziki Sauce". Awesome with pitas. Thanks Bobby!! A great choice instead of typical marinades.

This was a very very good find!!! I was only making this for 3 people so i just cut back on the meausurements of the Spice rub to accomodate.. Some people were saying the cayenne is what was making it so spicy yes that has a kick to it but I thought the Jam had alot of spice in it to. I am not complaining as I LOVE spice but just wanted others to know. My husband absolutely loved this. We all did actually. The flavors of all 3 things go so well together!! Its VERY easy to make as well!!

This is on my short list of dinners to make the next time my in-laws come in town. My husband and I both loved it.

Made this for the family and it was great. Used all the paste and made it with chicken thighs instead. It was spicy and cooled by the yogurt sauce. Loved the additional heat of the tomato jam and also substituted Tzatziki sauce. Have made this 3 times in 2 months. So good!

I made this for a birthday dinner for a friend who is an incredible cook so I'm also looking for something different. This was a huge hit. All of the adults raved about it. It does make a lot more of the spice rub than needed so I just but it in the fridge and will use it again this is a do-over for sure. My only complaint was that I would have like a little more of the jam and yogurt since they were so taste. I served this with rice, grilled asparagus and chapati bread. The whole thing was spot on.
