I make this at least once a week! Family doesn't really like the herb yogurt sauce so I make a traditional Taziki sauce instead and it is WONDERFUL! Kids love it too!

Bobby Flay hits another home run with this recipe! I did have to change my method for cooking this as it was VERY cold outside--I heated some oil in a pan and seared the spice side for about 3 minutes then put it into a dish and cooked it in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes, spice side up. This is very good also just as a whole breast served with some jasmine rice spiced with ginger and garlic

Next time I will probably make a traditional tzatziki sauce instead of the herbed yogurt sauce but only because I personally don't care for cilantro though the sauce was still very good even with it in there.

I will definitely be making this again, even my picky husband liked it!

Great flavors, the mix of the spicy chicken, tomato jam, and yogurt was amazing. As many people have said, the amount of spice paste this recipe renders is huge: you could easily cover 6 chicken breasts with what you get. Next time I'll cut the spices by half and actually cook it on the outdoor grill. Very tasty and easy to prepare.

I've made this recipe twice. The first time it was a miss, but I like to give a little leeway because I could have made an error. The second time was tonight and my whole family agreed that this is not be be repeated. I can't pinpoint the exact thing we disliked about it, but something was just amiss. I did like the spice paste, there was something to savor there, but the recipe yielded way too much for the amount of chicken.

Spicy, salty, and sweet. This one has it all! I used lots of paste on one side of my chicken because I like it spicy, but only used a very thin strip of paste on my guest's as she doesn't like it hot. It was a hit!

This was a very tasty dish! My husband used the left over yogurt sauce as a sandwich spread, and said it gave his sandwiches a bit of edge. lol Next time, I'll cut down on the cayene a bit. There will definately be a next time =

This was absolutely fabulous and so quick! I did not have access to an outdoor grill so I grilled the chicken on my stovetop grill pan. I also roasted the tomatoes in the oven...425 degrees for 25 minutes and I added some freshly chopped garlic to them. I did not have a serrano pepper or saffron and used a red onion instead of a spanish onion for the jam. SO GOOD! Also just mixed the greek yogurt, chopped mint and cilantro by hand. I purchased naan bread at Trader Joe's and this definitely made the dish.

I have to admit, this was not a recipe that I would normally try, however, after reading the reviews, I just had to try it. And, like the reviews, I loved it! The only spice that I used less of was the cayenne pepper. You can make everything up ahead of time, which is really nice. Excellent recipe and I would definetly do it again!
