This was my first attempting at making a roasted turkey, so needless to say, I was very nervous. It was really easy though and it came out delicious! All of my guests raved about it. It will be my go-to on thanksgiving for years to come!

The turkey was very moist and full of flavor with mild scent of herbs. I followed Bobby's instructions to the letter, especially the basting and I got to tell you that this was the best turkey ever. My husband and guest loved it.

I watched this episode and decided I wanted to try turkey Bobby's way and I'm so glad I did. I was very worried about the temp being so high, but it made such a flavorful and juicy bird. And the skin was delicious too. There was nothing left to my 15lb turkey. That was a first. I will be saving some for me this time for Xmas dinner. Like everybody else who took leftovers with them. You will love this recipe.

Hands down, this is the best turkey I've ever had! My mom does not like complicated recipes, but this was a breeze. The gravy is so delicious my sister confessed to eating it cold from the fridge the next day! Definitely try this one.

The turkey was so moist and full of flavor. The gravy was to die for. I will never make gravy or turkey any other way. Thanks Bobby

Emailed this to Thanksgiving Turkey chef. He didn't have time to brine but followed otherwise to great success. The gravy was very richly flavored; wonderful, traditional autumn flavors! Extremely moist - a keeper recipe! You won't be disappointed.

BEST turkey ever! It was at once traditional and new. Everyone loved it, and I didn't even have the fresh herbs, sorry Bobby, but it was amazing!

This turkey recipe is delicious, but even better is the gravy which is the best I have ever tasted!

I have cooked Thanksgiving dinner 3 out of the last 4 years, and this was by far the best Turkey I have ever made!!! It was moist, and the skin was so crispy!!! I followed the turkey directions, besides not using homemade stock. One of my guests insisted on making her gravy, so we didn't have the sage gravy. I am saving this for years to come....thanks Bobby!!!
