Just took the bird out of the oven and it is beautiful...AGAIN! This is the only recipe I have ever used and have no reason to deviate. Perfecto!

Loved this recipe! I always tried the bag in a turkey method and after this I will never do bags again! This was much better and juicier and the flavor was perfect! Love Bobby Flay!

For the first time, I didn't just follow the directions on the package. I prepared our Thanksgiving turkey using this recipe, and it was without a doubt the best turkey I've ever had!!!! The gravy was absolutely awesome! I had 16 people over for dinner and they could'nt stop raving about it! Thanks Bobby!

I have hosted many Thanksgiving dinners and tried several recipes. I tried this recipe for 2012 and have found my family's and my all-time favorite. I do not think I will ever make turkey any other way. Everyone raved about the flavor and moistness of the turkey. On Thanksgiving Live, Bobby and Giada said they never brined their turkey. The texture was different and that has always been my complaint even though it was always moist. So, I tried this recipe. The texture was perfect. The only addition I made was putting some of the herb butter under the skin of the turkey breast. Awesome!!!

As another reviewer said, I registered just so I could review this recipe! I have followed this recipe about three times now. We just love it. The herb butter is perfect for a turkey, given that it is going to be in the oven for three hours. It makes a crispy outside and moist inside. I made just two main changes. After my first time following this recipe, I felt it needed some citrus. So I now rub some lemon juice in the cavity of the bird as well as on the outside; throwing the squeezed lemons in the cavity/pan with the other veggies. The other thing is that I don't add wine to the gravy. We are Muslim and wine isn't a part of our diet. Give it a try...it is amazing with just the broth and drippings.

This was my first time baking a turkey and I was nervous. This recipe was pretty easy to do but the best part was everyone loved it! The turkey was so moist and full of flavor. Bobby Flay you rock! I will definitely use this recipe again and again.

Made this yesterday for an early Thanksgiving with friends... it was INCREDIBLE!!! I smoked the turkey until it reached 160* internal temp. This was the most flavorful & moist turkey my friends and I have ever had. Thanks Bobby...
