This turkey recipe is delicious, but even better is the gravy which is the best I have ever tasted!

I have cooked Thanksgiving dinner 3 out of the last 4 years, and this was by far the best Turkey I have ever made!!! It was moist, and the skin was so crispy!!! I followed the turkey directions, besides not using homemade stock. One of my guests insisted on making her gravy, so we didn't have the sage gravy. I am saving this for years to come....thanks Bobby!!!

This was by far the best turkey I've ever made, in my opinion. I usually laden my turkey with salt seasoning and call it a day, but when I came across this recipe, I knew that this would be more authentic, have a better taste and actually be a healthier alternative to other methods. Thanks Bobby!

It was delicious. Very juicy, and the best gravy I've ever had (I did add a little white wine. I've never made the turkey for my family before so I was nervous but the instructions here and on Thanksgiving Live! were easy to follow. I only wish whoever entered the recipe on the site remembered to tell us to put some broth with the veggies on the bottom of the roasting pan like Bobby said to on the show.

This is by far the most incredible turkey we have ever tasted. My guests felt the same way. It's going to be difficult to top, so I'm not even going to try. I'll be making this every year. I did brine the turkey the night before. This turkey was juicy and flavorful down to the last bite. I wish I could bottle this up. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I don't know how Bobby lost the throwdown with this turkey.

Best turkey breast I've made in years and I make a good turkey! Very moist and flavorful and so, so, so simple. I used an 8 pound turkey breast instead of a whole turkey and adjusted the time accordingly. I spread the herb butter under the skin as well as over. What a hit! The only change I made to the gravy was I didn't use wine but had 5 cups of stock from the turkey after straining the veggies. This was a huge hit at my house of turkey -toleraters. Thanks, Bobby!
