This receipe, which does list all ingredients, if far superior (in the opinion of my family to the other recipe. I even experiment with different fruits to use as the sauce.

Also Bobby has competed with and against professional chefs... in Throwdown he isn't trying to Beat the other chef as much as he showcases them. So I disagree with the ego concept, but that is my opinion

This recipe is pretty good. A great thing to whip up to impress your coworkers at bring-a-dish/dessert functions and those bake sales. However, I agree with another reviewer - the throw down competitor's recipe was better. And I loved Bobby Flay as a chef before Throwdown, but can't stand him now. The ego it takes for a professional chef with professional help like Bobby Flay to go up against an amateur chef is crazy. You know the Throwdown show I want to see? Bobby Flay Throwdown against the best chefs in the business like Paula Dean, Emeril, Keller, and so forth on their signature dishes. Prove your mettle Bobby because anyone can take down an amateur boxer, but not just anyone can take down Ali or Frazier.
