Great Recipe! A bit too difficult for me, though.... Had to let my Husband "The Chef" tackle this one!

Athough this is a wonderful recipe, I still think this receipe is unclear to the layperson. I had to consult with a handful of my friends to figure out the specific ingredients and equipment needed! Having an ingredients list would've been helpful. I was at the store like Steve Martin in "Father of the Bride" ripping bags of buns open in an effort to figure out how many I needed for this recipe. I ended up going to Costco and brought about 3 dozen burger buns and burned about 2/3rds of them! A bit confusing but in the end, after much experimenting, I finally got it right! Thanks, Bobby Flay!

Man... I never realized that you had to turn ON the grill first. That's why I've failed so miserably at toasting buns on the grill.

Thank you, Bobby Flay, for sharing your most difficult recipe with us. This obviously took years to perfect and I applaud this apex of achievement -- the toasting of a burger bun. I, but a novice toaster, appreciates the hand crafted mastery that you have bestowed upon me. I now know my potential as a future virtuoso of culinary cunning.
