Although the recipe was delicious, it was not Argentinean. He failed to mention the distinct difference in chorizo throughout the year. Argentinian chorizo is not nearly as red, and they don't typically use chipotle in anything. He did get the flank steak with chimmichurri right.

This s*&$ was awesome. The crostini was the best thing of this whole episode. While difficult to execute, the payoff was worth it. I used Kiolbassa Chorizo from San Antonio. My provolone was only about an inch thick, but it compliments the egg and the chorizo so well, it don't matter.
