Not sure what happened, maybe I added to much melted chocolate, I put them in the oven, after 5 min it turned into one huge cookie that looked like it was boiling. Left them in there as directed, it was greasy and gooey, didn't look like cookies at all. Looked like one big mess. But it tasted delicious. Didn't go to waste, my family ate them all. I'll try them again with less melted chocolate or if someone has any suggestions on what I should do would be great.

Made the cookies for a Christmas party and a friend who loves chocolate. They were a big hit. Everyone liked them. Thanks Bobby

Great Cookies... easy to make. Will double the recipe next time. They were so good my family ate most of them... not many left for cookie exchange.

These are fantastic. I used a double espresso from my Nespresso machine and increased flour by 2 tbsp to a total of 1/2 cup. Incredibly rich and delicious. Baking time was 12 min at 350. I used to shelf chocolate from whole foods and the richness was similar to flour less chocolate cake but better. Highly recommended! Batter will be firm once refrigerated just place round balls on parchment or silicone mat. Perfect!

these are good! They are....but my chocolate loving husband tasted mostly coffee, not chocolate. I used Starbucks Via Italian Roast as my "espresso powder" because I didn't have access to the espresso powder listed. I think next time I will add more sugar and 1 less teaspoon of coffee. I used really high quality chocolate, so I know it wasn't that... :-P Definitely will make them again!

I thought these were very good, but a bit dry. I used 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of sugar. Turned out great! They also freeze nicely before baking. I just drop them on a cookie sheet, then freeeze and put in plastic container and take out when I need to bake them.
