delicious, made with fresh tuna and took to tuna fish fry gathering and the tuna burgers were a hit, not a one left and everyone wanted the recipe. I also made pineapple-mustard glaze and everyone used this along with the tapenade. Will definitely make when we go to the gulf again.

Delicious, easy and fast recipe. I ground up some thawed frozen tuna in a food processor instead of chopping it, just because it was faster. Wonderful and light.

Simple and delish! I don't have a grill so I just baked the burgers at 375F degrees for about 15 min then broiled them for 5-10 min. I let the burgers rest for a few minutes and it turned out great. Moist, juicy and perfect balance of flavors! I also substituted the mayo in the aioli for greek yogurt and a spoon of sour cream, a keeper!

This is an outstanding burger. I made them yesterday for my co-workers and everyone loved them. The tapenade aioli would be delicious on just about anything.
To Amalai, would stay away from canned.

Question - can this be made with canned tuna? I haven't yet made it, just wondering!

I am definitely keeping this recipe! The chipotles in the tuna mix is wonderful & spicy and the olive tapenade (awesome completes the burger. Hats off to Bobby Flay.

I'm definitely adding this one to my recipe box. They were so delicious. I thought the chipotles would make it too spicy, so I removed the seeds before making the puree, and it came out great. I also formed my burgers in plastic wrap to make sure they held up on the grill.
