We use scotch bonnet pepper, (seeds removed minced garlic and red onion (also minced and incorporate that into the turkey (or BISON is even better!
Then let it marinate in the meat all day before grilling. We like it HOT!
Grilled red pepper and additional grilled onions can also be added with really any cheese YOU like. Tweak the recipe to fit your families taste.
I also grill the whole wheat rolls and rub a bit of fresh garlic on them~

YUM! I didn't have all the ingredients so I used what I had. Spinach instead of watercress. Feta instead of goat cheese. And some sweet&hot mustard mixed with mayo instead of dijon. I added some grilled onions to the burger. These were SO juicy, so delicious. Thanks Bobby!!

Another great one from Bobby Flay! My kids (ages 7-13 all loved it and they can sometimes be quite picky. I added lemon zest to the turkey meat and added the salt and pepper before making the patties rather than afterwards as the recipe says.

Definitely a good turkey burger recipe. Will be a go to for me. However, I highly recommend adding fresh sage and garlic to the turkey meat before shaping, awesome!~ I added about 2-3 cloves of garlic and 8 sage leaves (finely chopped obviously per lb.

These are delicious! I didn't use buns though. I shaped the burger to fit in a wheat wrap,
topped it with the goat cheese and honey mustard sauce, and treated the wrap like a panini, browning and crisping the outside. I think it's even better than Bobby's! Throwdown time!

I just made this recipe. The honey-mustard sauce was awesome. I added some grated onion to the burgers to suit my taste. The result was fantastic.

loved this recipe, i did change it up a bit by adding some saute'd green onions and green/red peppers. the burgers were super easy. I got home late after work and really didn't feel like getting into a huge cooking thing. so loved how easy they were. I added some extra lemon and orange juices this time, wanted more of that citrus flavor, and the goat cheese was great. Even used the mustard sauce on the steamed broccoli i had as a side dish. I love bobby flay recipies though.. Yummy definitely will make them again.
