These burgers had a great taste. My husband and I loved them. I'm not quite sure if I would say that they are of an "easy" level to make. There are many steps in making the onion relish and the burgers. It is worth all of the steps in the end! :

the relish is the star of this recipe. a must make. my burger was a little dry, but that was probably my fault. loved it and will make the relish again and again

This was awesome! Like some others, I couldn't find Gruyere cheese. I used provolone and it worked great. This will be a regular dinner at our house! Thanks Bobby!

Follow up! I made this burg last night, and it was FABULOUS! I couldn't find Gruyere cheese because my grocery store sucks, and had potato bread that I didn't want to waste, so I used that and extra sharp white cheddar cheese instead. To answer my own question about the "relish", after grilling the onions, I did chop them up so it was more like a relish. I think it worked out good this way because the vinaigrette had something to stick to. Overall REALLY GREAT recipe!!! That relish is to die for.

I didn't realize that this would over-write my previous comment. C'mon food network! Multiple comments should be allowed! I had asked if the onions for the relish should be left as-is, or chopped up.

This goes on the Do It Again list. This was the first time we tried turkey burgers and everyone was happy. The burger was moist and the cheese and onions added great flavor.

We just tried this tonight. It was the first time we had ground turkey burgers. Every one was happy--the burger was really moist and the onions and cheese added great flavor. It's on the "do this again" list.

MADE THIS BURGER AND IT WAS GREAT, THE ONLY THING I DID DIFFERENT WAS I FOUND THIS ITEM CALLED A BUGER POCKET PRESS. IT STUFFED ALL THE INGREDIENTS INSIDE A BURGER . IT WAS DELICIOUS. IF YOU WANT TO STUFF A BURGER YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS ITEM IT REALLY WORKS.
